Abnormal and oversize loads
Nothing live for this one today, and we would rather say so than show you something else.
Nothing live here today
We will not pad this page with adverts for something else to make it look busy. Set an alert and you hear the morning one appears.

What it actually is
Anything over the ordinary limits for width, length, height or weight. Notifications to the police and the highway authority, movement orders, escorts, and a route survey that is done in advance rather than hoped for.
What you need to hold
Class 1, Special Types knowledge, and route planning experience. This is a discipline, not a bolt on, and the paperwork is the job.
What it does to the money
Specialist money, and a very small pool of drivers. If you have run abnormal loads abroad, say so in the advert: the planning transfers even where the paperwork does not.
How the work runs
The question that decides whether you stay in the job, and the one most adverts never answer.
Tramping, nights out Home every night Trunking Multi drop Store and retail delivery Shunting and yard work Night work Four on four off and fixed rotas Agency and ad hoc shifts
