Our paperwork, before you sign it

We have read a lot of UK agency websites. Not one publishes its terms of business, and not one publishes the key information document it is legally required to hand a temporary worker before terms are agreed. Ours are all below, in full, with a version number on each.

Why these are here. Not as a favour to anybody in the trade, and not so they can be lifted. They are here so that a worker or a client can read every word of what we would ask them to sign before they sign it, and hold us to it afterwards. That is the only reason, and it is enough of one.
