If you cannot get there

Ring hello@hiringuk.co.uk or the number on your paperwork before the shift starts if you are ill or delayed, so we can tell the client. You will not be penalised for telling us early.

Reminders, printed here so nobody has to remember them.
  • The worker is engaged under a contract for services and is not an employee of the client.
  • They are paid for the hours worked. Pay is never withheld for want of a signed timesheet.
  • After 12 calendar weeks in the same role with the same client, the Agency Workers Regulations give them the same basic pay and conditions as a direct hire. Diarise it now.
  • No fee is ever charged to the worker.
