I am looking for work
Every advert shows the pay. Apply in about two minutes, with no account and no fee, and your CV goes to that one employer and nobody else.
Two rules, and they are the reason this board exists. An advert with no salary on it cannot be published here. And we cannot make an employer reply, so instead we publish how many they answer, on their own adverts, and when one closes without a decision we tell you ourselves rather than leave you refreshing your email.
Post one in about five minutes, live the same working day, from £25. Apply in two minutes, free, no account, and your CV goes to that one employer and nowhere else.
Every advert shows the pay. Apply in about two minutes, with no account and no fee, and your CV goes to that one employer and nobody else.
Write the advert yourself and it is live the same working day from £25 plus VAT, applications straight to you with the CV attached. Or tell us what you are short of and we look for you.
Build one from nothing, or send us the one you have and we will tell you what a recruiter sees in the first ten seconds. Both free, and neither puts you on a list.
Featured adverts sit above the rest of the board for their full 30 days, here on the home page, and in every search that matches them.
Real vacancies from employers hiring across the UK, newest first.
They show how a listing works. The companies are made up and you cannot apply to them.
A few of the sectors moving fastest right now. Every other sector is on the board too.
1. Advertise. Write the advert, choose a package, and it goes live as soon as payment clears. Every application, with the CV attached, goes to the email address on your advert and into your dashboard the moment it is sent. No shared inbox, no waiting for a weekly report.
2. Ask about somebody who is already available. Some people have asked us to describe them on the site without naming them: trade, area, experience, when they can start. If one fits, ask us. We go to that person, and if they say yes we introduce you.
Apply to any advert with your CV in a couple of minutes, no account needed. Your CV goes to that one employer, for that one job. No employer can search for you, and we never sell anybody's details. If you want us to keep your CV for roles we recruit for ourselves, there is a tick box for that, and it is yours to untick.
Create an account while you apply if you want to track your applications and delete everything we hold, whenever you like.
Not "competitive", not "negotiable", not "depending on experience". A figure or a range, on every single advert, because an advert that hides the pay wastes everybody's afternoon. We refuse adverts that will not say, and we lose the odd customer over it.
You can see whether the employer opened yours and what they decided, and we email you when it changes. If the advert closes and they never told us anything, we tell you that, so you are not left refreshing an inbox for three weeks. We cannot make an employer reply. We can make sure you always know where you stand, and we publish how often each employer actually answers.
We do not grow this business by looking at profit. We grow it by looking after the people next to us, and those people grow the business.
That is not a line written for a website. It is the reason the prices are published instead of negotiated, the reason nobody's CV is for sale here, the reason a candidate never pays a penny, and the reason an advert that is not working gets rewritten and re-run for nothing rather than quietly running out.
Look after the driver applying at eleven at night after a shift, and the small firm that cannot spend four thousand pounds with an agency, and the business follows. We would rather be the board those two recommend to somebody else than the board that got the most out of them this month.
Free to set up and takes a minute. One login for your adverts, your applications and your invoices.
Single advert, five job pack, featured advert or a monthly recruiter plan. Prices are fixed and published.
Pay by card and the advert goes up on its own. Any other way, the same working day.
Read applications and download CVs from your dashboard, with views and apply rates for every advert.
How to get into a trade, where the work is, and the bits of working life nobody explains.
Most applications arrive in the first few days of an advert, and the best candidates apply early in the week, early in the day. When to publish, how fast to answer, and why speed wins hires.

A single advert costs £25 plus VAT and runs for 30 days. That is a fraction of an agency fee, and every application comes straight to you. It is the launch rate: advertise now and you keep that price when the standard £50 comes in.
