For recruitment agencies

Advertise your client roles for £25, keep every candidate

You are already paying per click somewhere else. Here the price is fixed, the applications are unlimited, the candidates are yours, and nobody is competing with you for them, because we do not place anybody.

We are not your competitor

We sell advertising, never placement. There is no HIRING UK consultant ringing your candidate about a different role, because we do not have consultants and we do not hold a candidate database at all.

The candidates are yours

Applications go to your inbox and your dashboard with the CV attached. No ownership clause, no rebate schedule, no fee if you place them, and nothing stopping you putting the same person forward to another client next month.

Fixed price, not per click

£25 for thirty days, £89 for five adverts, £99 a month for unlimited featured adverts, all. You cannot overspend, and your budget does not move because a competitor raised their bid this morning.

Your brand, not ours

Add your logo for £9 on an advert, or £25 a month on everything you post. Candidates see the agency they are applying to, and your name links to every live role you have.

Advertise a client without naming them

Say "a national logistics operator in Coventry" if the client is confidential. Our rules only require you to be clear that you are an agency acting for a client, which is what the Conduct Regulations expect anyway.

Guides you can send to clients

Our agency fees guide explains percentages, rebates and temp to perm honestly, including when an agency is worth every penny. Useful when a client questions your fee.

Volume without a contract

Five credits last twelve months, so a quiet month costs you nothing. Unlimited is rolling monthly with 30 days notice, and there is no annual commitment anywhere on this site.

What agencies ask us, and the honest answer

How many applications will one advert bring?

It depends on the role, the pay and the town, and anybody quoting you a number without knowing those three is guessing. What we can tell you is what moves it: a real salary rather than 'competitive', a job title people actually search for, and a location that is a place rather than a region. Send us the role and we will tell you before you spend anything whether we think it will pull, and rewrite it with you if not.

We already spend on the big boards and pay per click.

Then you know how quickly £25 disappears at a couple of pounds a click. Fixed price advertising is the cheap half of a media mix, not a replacement for it. Run one role here alongside your usual spend and compare the cost per CV at the end of the thirty days.

Will you sell our candidates to another agency?

No. We do not sell access to candidate data to anybody, at any price, and no advertiser can search for candidates here. The CV from your advert goes to the address on your advert and to nobody else. Separately, a candidate can tick a box asking HIRINGUK LTD to keep their CV for roles we recruit for ourselves, which only our own team can see, and that is never opened up to advertisers.

Can we post the same role for several clients or several sites?

One role in one location per advert, which keeps the board readable and keeps your advert ranking. If you have five depots hiring drivers, the five job pack at £36 an advert is built exactly for that.

Do you take a fee if our client hires the candidate?

No. We never take a percentage, a placement fee or a rebate. What you pay is on the pricing page, once, at the point you advertise.

Can we brand adverts with our client's logo?

Your own logo, yes, for £9 an advert or £25 a month. A client's logo only with their written permission, which is their brand to give, not ours.

What about our data protection obligations?

You become an independent controller of every application you receive, and our terms set out what that means: use it for that vacancy, keep it no longer than you need it, never sell it on, tell us within 48 hours if it is breached. If you supply candidates to clients you already have those duties under the Conduct Regulations, so nothing here is new work.

Can we get an invoice with a purchase order and 30 day terms?

Yes, once the account is approved. Purchase order numbers go on the invoice, and payment is by card link, bank transfer, PayPal, Direct Debit or cheque.

We are a one person agency. Is this worth it for us?

That is exactly who this is priced for. One advert, £25, no contract, no minimum. If it fills a role you were going to spend a week sourcing for, it has paid for itself many times over.

Try it on one client role

£25, thirty days, unlimited applications, your logo for £9 more. If it gets nothing, we rewrite it and run it again free.
