VersionDateWhat changed
2.128 August 2026The tick box for keeping a CV on file is now shown here in full, in the same words as the live form. Withdrawing that consent was made a single click from the link in any email, with no confirmation step, which is what this policy has always promised.
2.028 August 2026Rewritten and renumbered. Removed every remaining suggestion that an employer can browse, search or buy candidate data, or that a subscription unlocks candidates, because no such thing exists here. Aligned the special category wording word for word with the privacy notice, stated the employer's three month deletion duty, and added the honest limit that we cannot erase a copy an employer already holds.
1.428 August 2026Matched the privacy notice on special category data, and added that asking for a reasonable adjustment is welcome and separate.
1.328 August 2026Added how a CV is actually protected, the retention table, the rights summary and the complaint route.
1.228 August 2026Added the optional CV on file consent and what it does and does not allow.
1.126 August 2026Rewritten after the decision not to sell access to candidate data.
1.025 August 2026First published.
