The format is borrowed from a guide we read that opens with a row of figures and a line saying every one of them comes from recent market research. Two of them carried a named source. The rest borrowed their credibility from those two. So the structure is here and the row of figures is not. Every rule below has a name and a number you can check without asking us, and where the honest answer is that it depends, it says so.
